This company operates within a highly technical manufacturing environment, where tooling performance, quality, and repeatability are critical. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a Corporate Tooling Manager to take ownership of their tooling strategy and support continued operational improvement.

In this role you will oversee tooling projects from design through production, manage tooling suppliers, develop tooling standards, and drive improvements in mold performance, tooling life, cost, and production efficiency.

This role would suit a Tooling Manager, Mold Engineering Manager, Tooling Engineer, Tool & Die Manager, or similar professional with a strong injection molding background looking for a senior position with genuine ownership and long-term growth.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the company's corporate tooling strategy and standards
• Manage new mold builds, tooling modifications, repairs, and maintenance
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
• Drive improvements in mold performance, tooling life, uptime, and production efficiency
• Support new product introductions, tooling qualification, and project launches

The Person:

• Strong background in injection molding and tooling
• Previous experience in a Tooling Manager, Tooling Engineer, Mold Engineer, Tool & Die, or similar role
• Experience managing molds from design/build through to production
