Tooling Technician (Immediate Hiring)

Roles And Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time.
• To analyze and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, tools and equipment.
• To prepare weekly progress report.
• Maintain an accurate of tools and equipment. Neat and organized tools storage systems, tool and fixture identification and location identification.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools Include periodic cycle count and inventory validation.
• Issuing orders to replenish the spare tool inventory when required.
• To co-ordinate with others to develop good fabrication process for any job assigned.
• To have commitment on estimate hours an arranging and completing all assigned job in time.
• Requires the use of micrometers, calipers and bore indicators to determine accuracy of tooling dimension.
• Maintaining of machines and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.
• Responsible for machining and arranging for cutting tools and equipment preparation.
• To ensure the working surrounding is kept clean and safe.
• To follow Work Instruction accordingly.
• All other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• SPM/ SKM/ Diploma
• 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
• Knowledge and experience to operate machine
