Position Responsibilities:

• Build and repair tooling and dies.
• Operate tool room equipment including wire EDM and CNC vertical, Haas mill, Bridgeport mill, grinders, etc.
• Build fixtures, tooling, machine parts, etc., and form prints via reverse engineering.
• Fabricate jigs, tools, dies, and master tooling.
• Build prototype parts for Engineering.
• Operate Mastercam software.
• Read and interpret blueprints.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
• 5+ years of tool room experience
• Strong understanding of safety, operations, and maintenance documents and procedures
• Working knowledge of machine troubleshooting
• Significant attention to detail
• Solid analytical skills
• Willingness to take initiative

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in toolmaking
• CNC Machining/Programming experience
