Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Toolpusher role based in Turkey. The Toolpusher will oversee day-to-day drilling operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising drilling crews, coordinating equipment and materials, monitoring drilling performance, and providing technical guidance on drilling and completion activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records of operations, supporting troubleshooting efforts, and communicating with onsite leadership and client representatives regarding progress and operational issues. The Toolpusher will also promote a strong safety culture, support training of crew members, and participate in incident reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading drilling crews and coordinating shift activities.
• Hands-on expertise in drilling operations, including well control and routine rig procedures.
• Experience in completion operations and working with production optimization teams.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to interpret drilling programs, technical drawings, and operational reports.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client representatives.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in drilling or petroleum operations preferred.
• Willingness to work extended hours, rotating shifts, and in physically demanding conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe operations, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
