Toolroom Purchaser

We are seeking an organized Toolroom Purchaser to manage procurement, document control, and administrative tasks for our Engineering and Toolroom departments. In this role, you will handle Purchase Requisitions (PR/EPR) for tooling, spare parts, and machine servicing, track departmental spending, and maintain engineering records and OA system registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Expense Tracking: Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR / EPR) for tooling repairs, machine servicing, spare parts, and departmental stationery, while tracking monthly tooling spending and counter shot records.
• Engineering Document Management: Maintain master lists for engineering drawings, manage Golden Samples, register documents (BOM, CP, PFMEA, Work Instructions) in the OA system, and maintain chemical SDS records.
• Departmental Administration: Coordinate technician attendance, leave forms, and overtime logs, follow up on pending approval signatures, and file tooling records (Tool Repair forms, Final Tool Approvals).

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing, engineering administration, or factory procurement support. (Knowledge of plastic manufacturing is a strong added advantage).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic OA / ERP system data entry.
• Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
