Toolroom Supervisor

To plan, monitor and arrange job schedule for the fabrication of mould and die;

To arrange and manage daily production to ensure productivity goals are met;

To liaise with the Marketing Department on the urgency of order and prioritize delivery date;

To prepare and analyze daily and monthly reports and job done;

To oversee on the maintenance of machineries and ensure downtime of equipment is minimized;

To assist and coordinate with Production Department in repair and servicing of mould and machine upon request;

To ensure all moulds are maintained and stored according to proper storage location;

To ensure all stock are recorded in stock card and liaise with Purchasing Department on any loss of mould from supplier;

To ensure all procedures, work instructions and quality management are complied with ISO 9001 requirement;

To maintain safety, 5S and housekeeping of the production area and organize workplace accordingly;

To maintain subordinates’ discipline and performances, motivate and resolve problem and grievances in a proper manner;

To provide related training to all personnel and ensure the effectiveness and awareness of the training;

To ensure manufacturing operation are obliged to any new government regulation or statutory law;

To develop and recommend improve of facilities, equipment or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency;

To adhere to the company’s rules and regulations as stipulated in the appointment letter;

To perform any other related duties as assigned by your superior from time to time.
