Tools Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain incident response processes, procedures, and playbooks to ensure timely and effective incident resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, contain, eradicate, and remediate security incidents using SOC tools such as XDR.
• Develop and implement automated workflows for incident investigation, analysis, and reporting using managed engines like Splunk or similar technologies.
• Provide technical guidance on incident response best practices to team members and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 4-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in incident response management.
• Strong understanding of Extended Detection and Response (XDR) concepts and their application in a SOC environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tools simultaneously during an incident response operation.
