Tool Coordinator – Wind Construction

We are seeking a Tool Coordinator to support wind construction projects from site setup through installation, commissioning, and closeout. This role focuses on tooling, inventory, logistics, SAP transactions, and site support while working closely with the Construction Manager and Lead Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site tools, inventory, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and container returns.
• Track tooling, serial numbers, shortages, damaged/lost equipment, and purchase requests/orders.
• Complete SAP transactions including Goods Receiving and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager, technicians, customers, and warehouse teams.
• Support site safety, daily meetings, inspections, and compliance with established processes.
• Assist with site setup, logistics, commissioning support, and project closeout.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of wind site, logistics, inventory, or construction support experience.
• SAP and Microsoft Office experience required; Procore experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in remote construction environments and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
