TOOLS KEEPER / STOREKEEPER

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper stock of all tools, dies, moulds, and accessories.
• Issue tools to production employees against authorized requests.
• Record all tool issues, returns, and replacements accurately.
• Maintain daily stock registers and inventory records.
• Check returned tools for damage, wear, or missing items.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of tools.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance departments for tool requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety in the tool room.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Plus Two; ITI or Diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in a storekeeping or tools department is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Diamond jewellery manufacturing tools and equipment is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Good record-keeping, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience

1–3 years preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
