WTC Electric is seeking Electricians and Top helpers for Commercial and Light Industrial Electrical work in the greater Charlotte area. Founded in 1995, our family-owned business has a rich history of serving the Charlotte community with dedication and expertise.

Employees will be responsible for:

• Assist in the installation of electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Help install several types of raceway and cable tray systems.
• Support senior electricians in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the electrical field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience or enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
