About the Role: We are seeking a visionary, high-performing [Insert Designation: e.g., Chief Executive Officer / General Manager] to lead, scale, and transform our operational footprint across the Gulf (GCC) and African markets.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the incumbent will hold full P&L ownership, drive market expansion, optimize operational efficiencies, and build high-performance regional teams across multi-cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Formulate and execute multi-country growth strategies to achieve long-term market leadership and profit margins across Gulf and African territories.
• Regional Market Expansion: Identify emerging business opportunities, forge strategic joint ventures, and scale distribution networks in key GCC and African trade hubs.
• Operations & Supply Chain Excellence: Streamline cross-border supply chains, manufacturing/service workflows, and regional compliance standards.
• Financial Management & Risk Control: Oversee multi-currency financial operations, budget allocation, cost-optimization, and local regulatory/tax compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key local authorities, enterprise clients, joint-venture partners, and community leaders.
• Talent & Cultural Leadership: Mentor regional leadership teams, cultivate a culture of high performance, and manage diverse, multi-national talent pools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role managing P&L in the Middle East (GCC) and/or African regions.
• Education: MBA / Masters Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering from a premier institution.
• Track Record: Proven ability to scale businesses from $10M+ to $50M+ or turn around complex multi-regional operations.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional strategic acumen, cross-cultural leadership, crisis management, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Language Skills: English (Fluent mandatory); Arabic or French (Highly Advantageous).
• Willingness to Travel: Open to extensive business travel across the GCC and African continent.
