Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Define automation strategy, best practices, and testing standards across projects.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create robust automation solutions.
• Manage and mentor automation engineers and QA team members.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Review automated test scripts and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
• Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Monitor test execution results and analyze defects.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare automation metrics, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and release validation activities.
