Job Description

We are hiring 20 experienced Touch-Up Painters to join a furniture manufacturing/joinery operation in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in furniture touch-up, colour matching, surface repair, finishing, and correction of paint or surface defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform touch-up and repair work on furniture and wooden surfaces.
• Match colours accurately to achieve the required finish.
• Correct scratches, marks, minor damages, and surface imperfections.
• Apply appropriate finishing materials and techniques.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Work closely with production and finishing teams to meet quality standards.
• Maintain proper handling and care of painting tools and materials.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and quality procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Touch-Up Painter.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of furniture finishing and touch-up techniques.
• Hands-on experience in colour matching, surface correction, repair, and finishing.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
• Candidates currently in India are also welcome to apply.
• Age should be 45 years or below.

8 hours per day + overtime as applicable
