What they need
**Job Purpose:**To act as the primary business interface between Touchpoint Management and Digital/App Owner teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of touchpoint requirements (myXL, website, webstore).
Main Responsibility:
- Translate touchpoint and experience requirements into clear business requirements for Digital teams
- Coordinate onboarding of product assets into XLnet (business side) and website (webstore, web XL)
- Support backlog prioritization discussions with App Owner
- Perform UAT and post-release validation from business and experience perspective
- Assess release impact to customer journey and touchpoint performance
