Tour Consultant

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and update their status.

• Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
