Tour Design Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 2+ Years

What if the trips you designed became the best months of someone s retirement

ElderGo is India s dedicated travel company for seniors (60+). We design and run all-inclusive group tours - international and domestic - for retired travellers who want to see the world in comfort, safety and good company. We re growing fast, and we re looking for someone to own the trips themselves.

The Role

You ll own ElderGo s travel products from start to finish - deciding where our travellers go, shaping the journeys, and building the on-ground partnerships that make each trip work. It s a rare mix of creativity, deal-making and ownership: every trip you build carries your fingerprint, and you get to see the joy it creates. You ll work closely with the founders, with real freedom to shape how ElderGo travels.

Who Should Apply
- At least 2 years of experience designing travel itineraries and coordinating with vendors/ DMCs - this is essential.

• Hands-on experience planning trips across multiple destinations, in India and abroad.
• A sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for negotiation.
• Someone who likes to own their work end to end - not wait to be handed a checklist.
• Based in Bengaluru, or ready to be**.

Why ElderGo
-** You ll create something people treasure for life - not a product that needs justifying.

• Direct access to the founders, and real ownership of your product from day one.
• A small, fast-growing team in a category with plenty of room to grow.
