Hiring Announcement – Chinese/English Speaking Tour Guide

We are seeking passionate and professional Chinese/English speaking tour leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have clear articulation, strong presentation skills, and the ability to deliver well-structured explanations.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, demonstrate initiative, and have a strong sense of service. Candidates should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, capable of independent thinking, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple parties. A professional appearance and a friendly smile are essential qualities.

Prior tour guiding experience will be given preference, and proficiency in multiple languages will be considered an asset.

Who we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Passionate about travel and human connection
• Warm, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable presenting, speaking, and writing clearly and professionally
• Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, sales, or guiding is a plus
• Multilingual ability
• Prior guiding experience or extensive international travel preferred
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.

Job Duties

• Lead small groups of travelers (typically 18–24 guests) across destinations in, but not limited to, North and South America.
• Bring destinations to life through engaging storytelling, cultural insight, and thoughtful guest interaction
• Oversee daily logistics including accommodations, transportation, meals, and scheduled activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally
• Resolve on-tour issues in real time and document feedback for post-tour follow-up with internal teams
