About the role

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and results-driven Field Manager to oversee Field Representatives and ensure smooth and effective field operations in Boracay Island. Sales & Marketing background is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate Field Representatives
• Assign schedules, territories, tasks, and necessary supplies
• Monitor field activities and evaluate employee performance
• Provide coaching and support to help employees improve and meet targets
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Operations Manager
• Conduct training and ensure employees follow company rules and procedures
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing and Operations teams on field activities and promotions
• Address field concerns and ensure proper customer and partner engagement

About you

• Experience in field operations, sales, marketing, or team supervision is preferred
• Sales and Marketing background is a plus
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and reliable
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel is an advantage
