Duties

• Oversee all elements of tour operations, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and guest services
• Lead and supervise tour staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer interactions
• Manage daily shift operations at event venues or resort locations to ensure smooth execution of activities
• Develop detailed itineraries, schedules, and reports to monitor tour progress and guest satisfaction
• Handle budgeting responsibilities, including expense tracking, cash handling, and resource allocation
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by staff and guests; provide first aid and CPR when necessary
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address issues promptly and professionally
• Utilize technical proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office tools for planning and reporting

Experience

• Proven experience in event venues with a strong background in events management and hospitality
• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in tourism or resort settings
• Experience in managing teams, supervising staff, and making managerial decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with operational management including shift management, guest services, and customer satisfaction strategies
• Prior experience with budgeting, cash handling, report writing, and managing operational logistics
• Hands-on experience in managing large scale events or tours with a focus on customer service excellence
