Tour Operation (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage customers’ travel itineraries using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Monitor and coordinate customers’ travel activities through WeChat groups.
• Assist customers in communicating with Chinese tour guides and drivers through WeChat groups.
• Handle bookings for tourist attractions, high-speed train tickets, and restaurant reservations using Chinese applications in Mandarin.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and able to adjust to changing situations.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Mandarin proficiency of at least HSK 4, with a score of 200 or above.
• Familiar with Chinese applications and must have a personal WeChat account.
• Candidates with a higher education background in China will be given preference.

Working Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday, following customers’ ongoing tour schedules.
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote (Work from Home / WFH).
