Tour Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Tour Operator to plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international tours. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of travel arrangements, tour packages, customer handling, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ travel requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
• Plan and prepare customized travel itineraries.
• Handle bookings for hotels, flights, buses, cabs, sightseeing, and other travel services.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, travel vendors, and other service partners.
• Prepare quotations, package costing, booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.
• Provide customers with complete information about destinations, packages, inclusions, exclusions, and travel policies.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues before and during the tour.
• Follow up on payments and maintain accurate booking records.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and booking targets, where applicable.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
