What We're Looking For

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or visitor attractions.
• Confident speaking to groups and engaging with people.
• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends.
• Experience supporting people with disability is highly regarded.
