Role Description The Tour Operator role at HR HUB is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Tour Operator will coordinate and organize guided tours, including planning itineraries, arranging transportation, accommodations, and activities. Daily tasks include managing reservations, communicating with clients and travel partners, handling inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service before, during, and after trips. The role involves promoting tour packages, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that all travel arrangements comply with company standards and client expectations. The Tour Operator will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver smooth, enjoyable travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism, with the ability to design and manage engaging itineraries.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries, feedback, and support throughout the travel experience.
• Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including managing bookings, schedules, and travel documentation with accuracy.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote tour packages, convert leads, and support revenue growth.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, are preferred.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
• Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operation, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
