Tour Product & Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop tour products across various international destinations.
• Handle end-to-end tour operations, including itinerary planning, costing, quotation coordination, booking, and tour execution.
• Coordinate and negotiate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other overseas suppliers.
• Develop and maintain competitive itineraries, product costing, and product information.
• Ensure operational readiness and quality of tour products before execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and product competitiveness.
• Handle and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Conduct destination and market research to identify new products and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to support customer and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tour Product & Operation or a related role.
• Experience handling any international region is welcome.
• Strong knowledge of international tour operations, itinerary planning, costing, and supplier coordination.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, particularly with overseas partners.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
