Tourism Development & Operations Manager

• Develop and implement tourism products, packages, and new travel experiences.
• Manage and monitor daily tourism operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, guides, and other tourism partners.
• Monitor the quality, efficiency, and reliability of tourism services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international tourism partners.
• Identify new tourism opportunities, destinations, markets, and business partnerships.
• Supervise reservations, bookings, transportation, accommodation, tours, and other operational arrangements.
• Handle operational issues and customer requirements professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor service providers and negotiate commercial terms when required.
• Develop procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and provide management with recommendations for business development.
• Coordinate closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the tourism and travel industry.
• Strong experience in tourism development and operational management.
• Excellent knowledge of tourism services, destinations, hotels, transportation, and tour operations.
• Strong network and relationships with tourism suppliers and service providers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in developing tourism packages and establishing new business partnerships is highly desirable.
• UAE tourism industry experience is an advantage.
