At Inca Expert, we are looking for a Tourism Reservations & Operations Coordinator with initiative, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to solve challenges efficiently and with a positive attitude. What will you do in this role?

• Manage and process reservations for tourism services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, entrance tickets to tourist attractions, among others) for our passengers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure efficient and seamless reservations.
• Create detailed and customized itineraries for our passengers.
• Update and follow up on reservation requests.
• Provide a warm welcome to our travelers at the airport (as scheduled).
• Handle the emergency phone and provide support to passengers throughout their trip.
• Proactively resolve unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise, coordinating with our passengers and suppliers.
• Assist with the rescheduling of services in the event of contingencies or unexpected changes.

What are we looking for?

• Technical or university studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in reservations at inbound tourism agencies (required).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
• Knowledge of tourist destinations in Peru (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Availability to work on-site in Lima, Peru.
