Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide safe, professional, and timely towing and roadside assistance services while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls for towing and roadside assistance
• Safely tow vehicles using flatbed and/or wheel-lift equipment
• Perform services such as jump-starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery
• Complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork accurately
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers
• Operate tow trucks safely and follow all traffic laws and company procedures
• Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Handle customer interactions professionally during stressful situations

Requirement's

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous towing or commercial driving experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of towing safety procedures and vehicle recovery techniques is preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Medical card

• Experience operating flatbed or wheel-lift tow trucks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and reliable attendance
