Responsibilities

• Safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment
• Respond to roadside assistance and towing service calls
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles without damage
• Complete required paperwork and documentation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• MUST have previous tow truck driving experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate towing and recovery equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
