Responsibilities

• Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and conventional models, to recover and transport vehicles of all types.
• Conduct thorough vehicle assessments using automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to determine the best recovery approach.
• Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring safety for all involved.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, maintaining a positive experience for customers even under stressful circumstances.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, or mechanic work is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, manual transmissions, and general automotive components.
• Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with towing vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to operate flatbed trucks, tow trucks, forklifts, and other heavy-duty equipment confidently.
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
• Skilled in load & unload procedures, including securing vehicles properly for transport.
