    • Document equipment failures, parts replaced, repair activities, and recommended actions.
    • Escalate major or recurring technical issues to the Service Manager or relevant technical team.
  6. Parts & Warranty Coordination

    • Identify required spare parts based on inspection and troubleshooting results.
    • Coordinate with the Parts, Warranty, and Service departments regarding parts requirements and warranty claims.
    • Ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed for warranty-related repairs.
  7. Safety & Compliance

    • Ensure all service and maintenance activities comply with company safety policies and applicable industry standards.
    • Follow proper safety procedures when working at construction sites and at height.

  8. Team & Technical Support

    • Work closely with service technicians, mechanics, operators, and project teams.
    • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to service personnel when required.
    • Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Parts, and other departments to resolve customer and equipment concerns.
