Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Tower Crane Operator to safely operate tower cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning materials on high‑rise and major construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, excellent coordination with riggers, and a solid understanding of UAE safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tower crane to lift and place materials as per project requirements
• Perform blind lifts using radio communication and hand signals
• Conduct daily inspection and routine maintenance checks
• Ensure safe lifting operations following UAE safety standards
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors
• Maintain accurate logs of lifts, inspections, and equipment status
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately

Requirements

• Valid UAE Tower Crane Operator License
• Minimum 3–5 years experience operating tower cranes
• Experience in high‑rise building projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of load charts, lifting plans, and crane safety
• Ability to work in outdoor and high‑altitude conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
