Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tower Crane Operator to join our team immediately. The candidate must have hands-on experience operating tower cranes safely and efficiently at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently according to site requirements.
• Lift, move, and position construction materials as instructed.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Follow lifting plans, safety procedures, and instructions from the site supervisor.
• Coordinate with banksmen/signalmen and other site personnel during lifting operations.
• Ensure proper load handling and maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Keep the crane operating area clean and safe.
• Report any equipment malfunction or unsafe condition immediately.
• Follow company and construction-site health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator in construction projects.
• Valid and relevant Tower Crane Operator license/certification as required by local regulations.
• Good knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, and site safety.
• Ability to understand and follow signals and instructions from the banksman/signalman.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Previous experience in a similar position is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
