Role & responsibilities

• Oversee civil execution activities for high-rise residential towers including RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, faade, flooring, and related works.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, construction methodology, and compliance with approved drawings/specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, snagging/de-snagging, and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC teams, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
• Review work schedules, progress reports, and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to EHS standards, statutory requirements, and project procedures.
• Support testing, completion, and handover activities of residential towers.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in high-rise residential construction and civil execution.
• Knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, waterproofing, faade, and quality management. Hands on experience Mivan foamwork Construction
• Experience in contractor management, project monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10 -12 years of experience in Civil Construction / Project Management.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in executing high-rise residential projects (30+ stores).
• Experience with IPCs, reputed real estate developers, or leading construction organizations preferred.
• Strong exposure to premium residential projects, quality control, contractor management, and PMC coordination.
