Town Centre Bar General Manager

Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day running of growing town centre bar, creating a welcoming experience for guests while keeping service, food production and team operations running smoothly.

Duties

• Manage and support the team, providing clear leadership and supervising service.
• Oversee bar and food service, including bartending, serving, food preparation and cooking.
• Coordinate kitchen operations and food production, maintaining high standards of food safety.
• Monitor daily operations and respond to guest needs to support a positive hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership or a supervisory role.
• Restaurant, bar or broader hospitality experience; kitchen, culinary or hotel experience is also relevant.
• Practical knowledge of bartending, serving, food preparation, cooking, food production and food safety.
• Cocktail knowledge & passion.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
