Compliance Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations, FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) calculations, and garnishment laws.

Testing Validation: Conducting parallel payroll testing to ensure system accuracy against legacy data before final launch.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for data migration, Report Writer for custom payroll reporting, and Calculated Fields.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting complex errors related to data, business processes, or security permissions.
