Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end TPA billing and claim processing.
• Prepare and verify bills, documents, and claim files.
• Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for approvals and queries.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely submission of claims.
• Follow up on pending/rejected claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TPA/Insurance billing processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of hospital billing software and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle billing queries and claim-related issues.
