该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate internally and externally to ensure the smooth application of automation in Shenzhen site.
• To lead and supervise new production equipment creation: jigs, fixtures, testing equipment, poka-yoke, etc. and their validation.
• Responsible for the creation of automation processes, including development and implementation.
• Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
• Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Line process layout review and facility design evaluation. Requires：
• System knowledge of lean tools or conceptual.
• Understanding of home appliance/electronics device function tester and high pot tester repairing and maintenance.
• Understanding using of PLC, cylinder and valve.
• Understanding of Home Appliance/electronics device repairing and maintenance
• Good communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multitask and perform well under pressure.
