• To organize the evaluation of technical specifications at the initial stage of the project and communicate with customers;
• To organize meetings of all departments to evaluate the feasibility of the project and determine the members of the project team;
• To submit the final product specification to the customer for confirmation, follow up the feedbacks, and adjust the details until the specification confirmation;
• To organize the project team to procure the materials for research and development and make the trial production plan;
• In case of any abnormality in the project, convene the project members to hold meetings to implement the solution and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
