Role & responsibilities

TPM Program Deployment

• Lead TPM implementation as per JIPM methodology and roadmap.
• Coordinate all TPM pillars and ensure effective execution.
• Develop TPM master plans, annual deployment plans, and progress reviews.
• Facilitate TPM steering committee meetings and pillar reviews.
• Drive TPM culture across all levels of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• -5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on TPM implementation experience.
• Proven experience in deploying TPM based on JIPM methodology.
• Experience in preparing organizations for TPM Excellence Awards preferred.
