• Supervisor & Executor of Instrument operations in his unit.

• ?Responsible for safe, smooth & cost effective Operations of all Instruments.

• ?To Execute plan strategy.

• ?To Execute atomization as per strategy & Planning.

• ?To deliver uninterrupted planned Instrument & Atomization requirements with prescribed quality standard and best practices in line with Responsible Care guidelines.

• ?To Prepare report on consumption of power & energy for organization along with the break up of department wise, plant wise and unit wise.

• ?To ensure proper utilizations of capacities,
  ?To Implement planed periodic maintenance (including preventative maintenance) in consultation with Head Instrument.

• ?Responsible for compliance of applicable Rules and preparation for getting Approval from govt.

• departments.

• ?Responsible to executive proper Designing approved by the management which meet technical requirement of Process plant.

• ?To Communicate & Coordinate with vendor, for placed order & ensure its technical specification after receiving of material.

• ?Responsible for update inventory of material used in the Instrument Department.

• ?To keep update Calibration of all instruments as per prescribed rules.

• ?To prepare reports on cost per unit and monitor it daily, monthly & yearly.

• Present as an when required.

• ? To keep update maintenance records, books, files, register, in utility functions depending upon the usage.

• ?Maintain documentation of Instrument department like Department EQHSMS manuals, Emergency Plan, P & ID, HAZOP, MOC etc
  ?Encourage to maintain e records wherever possible to reduce paper.

• Education
