What You’ll Do

• Keep Freight Moving: Monitor air, ocean, and ground shipments in real time, catching and fixing potential delays before they happen.
• Be the Primary Contact: Connect daily with carriers, drivers, vendors, and clients via phone and email to keep everyone aligned.
• Manage Key Cargo Docs: Review and organize essential shipping paperwork (BOLs, PODs, customs clearances, and commercial invoices).
• Ensure SLA Success: Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to maintain data accuracy and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Language: Strong English skills (B2/C1 level) for clear, confident communication.
• Logistics Tech Savvy: Experience with TMS, ERPs, or tracking platforms.
• Problem Solver: Ability to handle unexpected transit disruptions with calm, creative solutions.
