San Antonio, TX — On-Site — Full-Time
GH Logistics moves freight on dedicated contract lanes across Texas and Tennessee. No spot market, no load boards. We are building out our tracking and tracing team and need a coordinator who can run high volume without dropping anything.
This is not a desk role. You are the workhorse on a problem-solving team. You find the late loads before they become missed deliveries, you make the calls, and you document what happened.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor active loads across our lane network and catch late or at-risk freight early
• Call carriers, drivers, and facility contacts directly to resolve problems in real time
• Escalate to dispatch and keep them current on anything at risk
• Document every exception, delay, and resolution
• Keep load status accurate from pickup through delivery

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1 or more years in freight tracking, tracing, or logistics coordination
• Comfortable in TMS or load tracking platforms. Samsara, MacroPoint, or similar preferred
• You make hard calls to carriers and drivers and get results
• You own your workload and escalate without being told
• Flexible during peak windows. This is a 24/7 operation

SCHEDULE
Day shift and evening shift are both available. Schedule is based on operational need and candidate fit.
