As a Freight Support Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in keeping freight moving smoothly. You’ll be monitoring shipments, keeping customers updated, and solving issues before they become problems. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to think ahead.

Responsibilities:

• Enter shipment details into our logistics system accurately and quickly.
• Conduct regular check-in calls with drivers to confirm pickup and delivery progress.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and document all correspondence.
• Track shipments through various platforms, anticipate possible delays, and inform customers promptly.
• Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed and filed properly.
• Partner with Sales and Dispatch teams to provide solutions and resolve challenges.
• Maintain a consistent outbound call volume (approximately 100 calls per shift).

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

• Advanced English (spoken & written) – Mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, call centers, customer service, or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured way.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools.
• Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate's degree (preferred).
• Call center experience.
