Railroad experience is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants with transferable skills who are willing to learn the railroad industry.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As part of our Track Maintenance Team, your responsibilities will include:

Removing damaged track components and installing replacement materials.

Clearing vegetation, brush, and debris from railroad work areas.

Loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and construction materials.

Inspecting equipment before use and reporting mechanical concerns.

Assisting equipment operators with spotting, positioning, and jobsite activities.

Following railroad safety regulations and established work procedures.

Supporting crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% for assigned projects.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
