Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing complex operations in global account management for Windows PC environments, ensuring the execution of access management services, continuous process improvement, and alignment with client SLAs. The individual drives operational excellence by empowering teams, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring effective communication to support large-scale client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations management for Windows PC account and access management services, utilizing advanced knowledge of global account management tools and processes to optimize service delivery and meet client SLAs.
2. Oversee and refine operational processes using Windows PC management platforms and access control technologies to improve reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.
3. Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions leveraging Windows PC security frameworks and global access management protocols to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
4. Mentor and guide support teams in the application of best practices for Windows PC account provisioning, incident resolution, and access governance, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
5. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging tools and methodologies in global account management and access services, implementing process enhancements that deliver measurable business outcomes.
6. Manage escalations and lead root cause analysis using advanced problem-solving techniques within the Windows PC and access management environment to ensure rapid and effective resolution.
