Primary Functions Of The Track Technician The Track Technician is responsible for assembling, repairing, and replacing track components on earth‑moving equipment like bulldozers and excavators.

Main Responsibilities And Qualifications Of The Track Technician

• Able to follow company safety rules and regulations
• Remove, install, and adjust rail assemblies and track components
• Operate air impact tools and other industrial tools
• Maintain accurate records of time, parts, and materials
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and climb onto equipment (3–4 ft)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Ability to work in varied weather and shop conditions
