Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and track company vehicles through GPS/tracking systems.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors and the operations team.
• Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, delays and route deviations.
• Follow up with drivers for timely reporting and trip completion.
• Update daily tracking details in Excel/ERP.
• Prepare daily tracking and vehicle movement reports.
• Immediately escalate breakdowns, delays and operational issues.
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of tracking-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and handle follow-ups.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
