Tracking Executive – FTL Logistics

Roles & Responsibilities – Tracking Executive

• Track and monitor vehicles from pickup to final delivery.
• Coordinate regularly with drivers, transporters, and vehicle owners to get real-time location updates.
• Ensure timely vehicle reporting at pickup and delivery locations.
• Monitor delays, route deviations, breakdowns, and other transit-related issues.
• Update customers and internal teams regarding vehicle location and shipment status.
• Follow up with drivers for loading, unloading, and POD (Proof of Delivery).
• Maintain accurate trip and vehicle tracking records in Excel, CRM, or the company system.
• Escalate critical delays or operational issues to the concerned team or manager.
• Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations teams for smooth trip execution.
• Prepare daily tracking and trip status reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of FTL Transportation and Logistics.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in FTL Logistics / Transportation Tracking / Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
