Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced TrackWise Technical Expert to join our team and contribute technically in end-to-end TrackWise implementations, enhancements, and system administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- TrackWise Configuration and Administration activities
- Crystal Reports Development & Optimization
- WebAdmin & TeamAccess Configuration
- TrackWise Utilities (PR Import, Selection Import, Person Import)
- IQ / OQ / PQ Execution
- DEVVALPROD Environment Migration and Sanity Checks
- Knowledge on SQL Database
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- End-to-end TrackWise implementations
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Qualification : B.Tech in Computer Science.
2-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong technical expertise in TrackWise configurations.
