Tractor Operator

Overview
We are a oilfield reclamation and fencing company seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an operator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

**Camp housing is provided**

Starting wage $40/hr

Travel time from shop to job site: $16/hr

Shop wage: $16/hr

Start date ASAP

Responsibilities

• Example of duties include: Operating tractor with 3-point hitch implements performing jobs such as mowing grass, seeding grass, operating post pounders
• Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• *Valid First Aid, H2S and Common Safety Orientation (CSO), and Class 5 drivers license is MANDATORY*
• Experience with operating tractors and installing barbed wire fence is mandatory
• Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

• Class 5 Licence (required)
